At SW Performance Coaching, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our training programmes, digital guides, planners and performance resources. Because many of our products are delivered digitally, our returns and refund policy depends on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products

Most SW Performance Coaching products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Please make sure you review the product description and select the appropriate resource before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Duplicate Purchase

If you have accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
